Upload files with Edit Mode

Edit Mode now supports file uploads, so you can generate and refine courses directly from your existing PDFs, SCORM packages, and images. Simply drag and drop your files into Edit Mode, tell the assistant what you want and iterate in a chat until the course is ready. The previous “Generate from file” flow is being replaced by this new experience, which delivers faster and higher‑quality results.

Improved navigation in completed programs
We’ve made it easier to go back and review content from programs you’ve already completed. When you open a completed program, you can now use the course helper to move between steps, so you can quickly find and revisit the sections that matter most to you.

You can now use quizzes in teaching mode within the global tutor. Quizzes are generated on request, tailored to your specific context and sources, and include four different exercise types to reinforce learning.

Survey card data in Insights

Survey card data now appears in Insights, letting you build custom dashboards that track NPS scores, Likert scale responses, and open-ended feedback alongside your other learning metrics. All standard Insights functionality applies—filter by question type, group responses by user or course, export raw data, and use the same visibility rules you're used to.

Create with Edit Mode

Edit mode, our new instructional design agent, is now available in the editor (bottom-right corner). Use it to generate and refine courses, improve wording and grammar, translate, run bulk edits, and check content against learning objectives with full review control. This brings all key generative features into one place, making it faster and easier to create high-quality learning content at scale.

Search Engine Update
We have launched a new search engine built to better support evolving agent search use cases. The upgrade delivers more relevant results through improved internal filtering, enhanced semantic search across multiple languages, and clearer result previews with improved highlighting. It also introduces more flexible access controls, faster deployment capabilities, and, most importantly, a more adaptable content model that allows us to index a broader range of data to better meet your needs.
Enrollment Windows for In-Person Events

Admins can now set a custom enrollment deadline for in-person events. Control when learners can self-enroll, self-unenroll, or request seats. By default, the enrollment window closes on the event's session date, but you can adjust this to suit your needs.
For learners, the enrollment button will automatically disable once the window closes, with a helpful tooltip explaining why the action is no longer available.

Image Generation Enhanced

We've expanded our image generation capabilities with the new GPT-Image-1 model. When creating images in the course editor, simply select "high quality" from the dropdown to access this advanced option.
Note: generates one image at a time with longer processing time.

Feature Content to Different Groups

Admins can now customize their homepage and discover pages by featuring different content to specific audiences. Instead of one featured content experience for everyone, you can promote relevant content to the right groups. This targeted approach ensures learners see content that matters most to them, improving relevancy and engagement.

New Translation Flow

Managing multi-language courses just got easier. We've streamlined the translation process to help you translate content into multiple languages simultaneously, with automatically organized course editions. You can now toggle between language versions directly from the sidebar and the new translation options give you more control over how your content is translated and what terminology gets used.

Post Anonymously in Polls

You can now post anonymously in polls! Just enable it in Create when setting up your poll (defaults to enabled for new polls, disabled for existing ones). If you change your posting mode, your previous response is cleared so you can vote again.
As a bonus, we've improved the visual design of poll alternatives and fixed an issue where vote order would shift when refreshing or new votes came in.

You can now access a raw data view of Certificates in Insights. It lists all issued certificates and supports flexible dimensions and filters for tailored analysis. This makes it easy to track and analyze your certificate distribution at a glance.

Improved Dropdown for Custom User Attributes
Custom user attribute dropdowns now show only the first 30 values by default. You can use search to find more options. This update makes user management faster and more reliable, especially for organizations with many custom attribute values. No action is needed, this improvement is automatic.
