CD So, the same way that taking care of your health doesn't start and stop with the doctor's appointment, learning does not start and stop with one training.

CD We wanted to give our employees a learning companion. And, we could see that with our fragmented learning ecosystem we weren't there. And so that became a priority.

CD Doctolib is a place where we learn and grow as a company a lot in order to fulfil our missions. So, we needed a partner that could really fit in that flow and that speed, and that's really what we found with Sana.

CD On top of unlocking a delightful experience for learners, it has also unlocked a lot of new trainers. We have more and more people requesting to create trainings, either self-based courses or live workshops.

YS As a developer, one of our main goals is to be able to share our knowledge and also learn from others. And we had to train more than 600 engineers in just one quarter.

YS Around that period, we had some trainings on how we can use Sana. Basically I said, that's the perfect tool for me to achieve this training initiative in just one quarter.

CD We've had in Q1 double the learning hours than we had in Q1 last year, which is far beyond our initial goal.

CD And we're seeing repeat usage, which means that they're really driving their own growth journey.

CD The thing I've loved most about our partnership is that it did not stop.

CD Sometimes when you work with vendors or partners, you have a very close relationship until the moment you sign, then you onboard, and then they fade away.
