Yes. Sana Learn is a complete LMS. You can manage users and groups, set roles and permissions, automatically enroll learners into courses and programs, automate reminders, track completions and certifications, run compliance training, and more. On top of that, you get modern learning experiences like blended programs, virtual sessions, social and self-paced learning.
How is AI used in the platform?

Yes. Sana Learn connects to your HRIS, HCM, and business tools for user provisioning, data sync, and automated workflows. We support SSO so users can sign in securely with their existing company credentials.
Can I bring in content from an external content library into Sana Learn?
Yes. Sana Learn integrates with most external content libraries. You can surface that content inside Sana Learn, include it in a wider program, assign it to learners, and track progress and completion like you do with native Sana Learn content—so you get one place to manage and analyze everything.
How secure will my company’s knowledge and data be with Sana Learn?

Are there any limits on how much content I can create in Sana Learn?
No. There are no limits on how much content you can create in Sana Learn. You can build and manage as many courses and programs as you need.
We have a lot of content built in another platform, can we bring it over into Sana Learn?
Yes. Content migration is a standard part of implementation and included in our service agreement. You can also easily upload and convert PDF and SCORM files into native Sana Learn content yourself.
Can I custom brand the platform?
Yes. You can fully brand Sana Learn to match your organization. Update colors, logos, and key visuals directly in your settings – no engineering work or intervention from our team required.
Are the AI features credit-based?
No. Sana Learn does not use a credit-based system.* Once you have access to the platform, you can use all built-in features as much as you’d like.
*Custom, integration-based AI features may be subject to limits set by the external provider.
Does Sana Learn support different time zones?
Yes. Sana Learn supports your teams across all time zones, with 24/7/365 product support.
What support do we get during implementation and beyond?
