Challenge
Unifiedpost Group grew rapidly—acquiring 11 companies across nearly 30 countries—resulting in scattered processes, fragmented training, and inconsistent content stored in PowerPoints. Compounding the issue was a strategic shift from a direct-sales SaaS model to a partner-driven approach, which required supporting internal and external upskilling on a larger scale. Lacking a dedicated L&D team, they sought a user-friendly solution to align learning across regions and empower new partners to sell and support their platform with confidence.
Outcome
By implementing Sana’s AI-driven LMS, Unifiedpost built the Banqup Academy—a centralized hub for all internal training, reducing course creation time from days to hours and achieving strong adoption among employees. Automated onboarding, AI-driven content creation, and multilingual support are transforming how Unifiedpost Group manages learning. As they launch partner training, Sana’s scalability and user-friendly design are key to ensuring partners can confidently represent the Unifiedpost platform and stimulate future growth.

Scaling learning in a rapidly expanding organization
At Unifiedpost Group, we’ve experienced rapid growth over the past five years, acquiring more than 11 companies in nearly 30 countries. This expansion has strengthened our market position but has also presented significant challenges in unifying processes, sharing knowledge, and aligning training across a decentralized organization.
Many of the smaller companies we acquired lacked structured learning systems. Training was primarily on-the-job, and content was scattered across PowerPoint files and internal documents—hardly ideal for consistency or accessibility. Additionally, we shifted our business model from direct-to-customer sales to a partner-driven approach for our invoicing and payments platform, relying on accountants and financial service providers to manage sales, support, and implementation.
This fragmentation in our learning approach proved unsustainable. We needed to centralize our company knowledge, ensure regional consistency, and streamline employee upskilling. Moreover, the new business model created an urgent need for a structured external training program, so our partners could gain the expertise needed to effectively showcase our platform’s capabilities to their customers.
We knew we needed a Learning Management System (LMS) that was easy to use, intuitive, and scalable—both for our employees and partners. After evaluating over 30 different providers, Sana emerged as the clear choice. Its sleek, modern interface was highly appealing, along with Sana’s AI-driven content creation, translation features, and user-friendly design. We wanted to make content creation simple enough for everyone to contribute, and Sana delivers on that goal.
The fact that Sana AI is offered as a separate product also demonstrates their commitment to leveraging AI for the long term, which gives us confidence in their roadmap. From an HR perspective, we were excited about the potential to build career pathways, develop skills, generate simple reports, and offer certificates. Sana checked so many boxes that we felt confident moving forward with them. I’m so pleased we did.
“Sana isn’t just a training tool—it’s a key part of transforming our company. It’s enabling us to scale learning, train partners efficiently, and drive business growth in ways we couldn’t before.”
Faster content creation, stronger collaboration, and smarter training
From the beginning, Sana changed how we create and share training materials. Without a dedicated learning and development (L&D) team, it’s essential for everyone in the organization to be empowered to contribute content.
Immediately, we began converting our existing compliance and onboarding PDFs into Sana courses, successfully transitioning much of our PowerPoint-based product information into more accessible text-based formats. What used to take days to build now only requires hours—truly a game-changer for keeping up with our expanding training needs.
We also set up two course templates—one long and one short—to assist anyone in getting started, even if they feel stuck. The longer template guides users step-by-step, while the shorter one outlines the five best cards to include. This allows them to focus solely on adding their content, without the stress of worrying about structure.
Since our subject-matter experts are creating these courses, the training has become far more efficient and relevant. To ensure quality, we introduced content facilitators—one in each department, from HR to finance to sales—who help refine and maintain their department’s courses. Our small HR team, acting as admins, conducts a final review before any course goes live. This decentralized approach keeps our content accurate and consistent, eliminating bottlenecks.
Additionally, we launched courses on becoming a content creator, covering everything from setting up a course in Sana to creating content that aligns with Unifiedpost’s style and standards.
Not only are we saving time and keeping our materials current, but we’re also generating real value throughout the organization by involving people in shaping our training. By streamlining content creation and fostering collaboration, Sana is helping us build a sustainable, scalable learning ecosystem.
Building a one-stop shop for internal learning
With Sana, we’ve created what we call the Banqup Academy—a central hub for all our internal training. It has significantly reduced the time and effort our small team needs to administer mandatory programs like compliance, onboarding, and upskilling, making them more engaging and less resource-intensive.
Previously, onboarding involved someone in HR spending an hour walking each new hire through a PowerPoint. Now, it’s fully automated: every new joiner is automatically assigned to an onboarding program in Sana, which includes compliance training and short courses on our basic policies.
We didn’t stop there. We reached out to teams like customer support, sales, and HR to determine what other resources they needed. From that feedback, we developed an entire suite of courses—covering everything from Salesforce training to soft skills modules on time management, goal-setting, and giving feedback. Those shorter courses have been really well-received.
We’ve already achieved a 90% activation rate, fully utilizing our internal licenses. With 1,000 active learners, engagement has never been this high. Our L&D manager is targeting a 95% completion rate on mandatory courses, and Sana’s reporting features help us track this progress quickly. Previously, we had to endure the tedious process of downloading course and test completions to monitor who was on task. Now, everything is centralized, allowing me to quickly see who’s on track and who needs a reminder, saving me a substantial amount of time.
It’s amazing how much we’ve accomplished with Sana in such a short time, even without a fully developed learning process. Anyone in L&D or HR knows that there are never enough resources to address every need, but Sana has helped us streamline what we do have and effectively communicate critical information to those who need it most.

From passive to engaging: transforming learning with interactive training
For many of our employees, structured learning was a brand-new concept. Before Sana, we relied on lengthy video recordings and static PowerPoint slides, which made training feel passive and cumbersome. Now, everything is much more interactive and engaging. Learners can use pre-assessments to skip over what they already know, engage with quizzes and hands-on exercises, and benefit from AI-generated “smart review” cards that summarize key points and automatically reinforce learning after a course.
We had never used an LMS platform before, so having everything centralized has been a game-changer. Employees can see their assigned courses, quickly find the necessary materials, and manage their training from a single hub. This simplicity has boosted participation, improved knowledge retention, and increased productivity across the board.
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. People tell us they appreciate the structured yet flexible format of our Banqup Academy courses and feel more connected to our emerging learning culture. We anticipate even higher engagement and adoption as we continue to refine our approach.
“Before Sana, creating training content took days. Now, with AI-powered tools, we can do it in hours—saving us time and allowing us to keep up with our rapid growth.”
3,000+ partners on one platform
With our internal rollout of Sana well underway, we’re shifting our focus to our next strategic priority: external partner training. We’re developing the Banqup Partner Academy, a dedicated platform designed to equip our partners with the expertise needed to sell and support our solutions. This is a crucial step in our transition to a partner-driven model.
Our first pilot will launch soon in Belgium, targeting over 3,000 accountants across approximately 1,000 accounting firms. Collaborating with our local sales team, we identified nearly 30 courses—many of which are highly technical—to help these accountants master our solutions.
As we refine our approach in Belgium, the Sana platform will assist us in testing and optimizing partner training for future expansions. This is a massive undertaking with a tight deadline, so efficiency is vital, especially since our Banqup Partner Academy team consists of only three people. A couple of years ago, creating a single training video might have taken us four or five days. Now, with Sana, we can accomplish it in just a few hours. We’re also utilizing Sana’s multilingual features since we require Dutch, French, and English support right from the start.
If we succeed in Belgium, we’ll have a strong template for other markets, and Sana will continue to be a pivotal partner as we scale our new business model globally.
Training for tomorrow: building skills, scaling success
Learning is our top strategic priority at Unifiedpost Group, and Sana is at the heart of our vision. We will continue to expand our knowledge-sharing culture, integrate training into daily workflows, and explore new ways to leverage Sana’s AI capabilities—always aiming to make learning more accessible and dynamic for everyone.
Looking ahead, we plan to deepen our integrations with our CRM and partner management systems so that we can connect training engagement directly to business performance. By aligning learning insights with sales data, we can see how upskilling drives growth and supports our strategic goals.
I have long hoped for a platform like Sana, and it has been inspiring to see employees at all levels embrace it. We have come so far already, and there is still so much potential.
Each new feature and each new AI-driven tool has the power to open up even more opportunities for collaboration and learning. It is exciting to watch this culture take shape, and I know the value it brings will only continue to grow.
